5.2 Any quotation provided is an estimate unless confirmed in writing.
5.3 A booking is only confirmed once we issue written confirmation or an invoice.
5.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.


6. Prices & Payments

6.1 All prices are quoted in GBP (£).
6.2 Payment may be required in full or as a deposit prior to service delivery.
6.3 Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of services.
6.4 Prices may change at any time unless already confirmed in writing.


7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

7.1 Cancellations by You

  • Cancellations must be communicated in writing or via confirmed contact methods.

  • Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee depending on the service type and notice period.

7.2 Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a refund or alternative booking.


8. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the premises

  • Ensure the environment is safe for staff

  • Inform us of hazards, fragile items, or special requirements in advance

We are not responsible for issues arising from undisclosed risks.


9. Service Standards

While we aim to provide a high standard of service, results may vary depending on property condition, scope of work, and external factors. Minor dissatisfaction does not constitute breach of contract.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the service provided

  • Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence
